Message #5 – SERIES: Covenant: The Pursuit of God
Abram was a sinful and idolatrous man for most of his life before meeting Jesus. God rescues him from his sin and calls him to follow him, leaving everything he ever knew at the ripe old age of 75. God would give Abram a son by the womb of his barren wife, Sarai. He changes their names to Abraham and Sarah and through their line in Isaac promises a coming Redeemer in Jesus. Though he was sinful and often full of doubt, God drew near to Abraham time and time again in covenant love as his protector and great reward.
