Philippians 2:1-11

Based on his letter, it seems that Paul is noticing some cracks in the unity of the church at Philippi. Before things get ugly and division ensues, Paul encourages the church to refocus and be selfless and of the same mind. To seek and protect the unity of their church. There is no unity in a church where there is selfishness, and there is no unity in a church apart from Jesus Christ.
