After laying out a number of principles and instructions for how the church in Philippi ought to live, Paul mentions that he is sending Epaphroditus and, later, Timothy to them. These two men serve as real life examples to the church (and to us!) of what it looks like to live the Christian life in humility, worthy of the gospel, with the mind of Christ, not grumbling or complaining, and choosing to rejoice.
