About the Sonshine Classic
The Sonshine Classic is a 5k run in Syracuse, Indiana hosted by Wawasee Community Bible Church. It also includes a 1 mile walk and 8.5 mile bike ride. Proceeds from this year’s Sonshine Classic will go towards the work of Wawasee Bible in India. Wawasee Bible partners with AIM Asia of Hyderabad, India to fully support a boys orphanage, fund benevolence ministry to the destitute sick, provide job training for widows, and build church facilities for local church plants. This year’s proceeds will go directly toward the construction of a new church facility for a local group of believers in India. Course Map
The course for the Sonshine Classic 5k is a challenging and scenic run that includes rolling hills around Maxwelton Golf Course and the north shore of Syracuse Lake.
