This week we’re in 1 Peter 2, studying the Biblical command of submission. Pastor Josh celebrates 7 years at Wawasee Bible and shares his heart for the future.
About This Series
This series was originally taught by Pastor James MacDonald of Harvest Bible Chapel. While Pastor Josh (our current Pastor of Student Ministries & Worship) was a student at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois he served as a volunteer in the junior high student ministry of Harvest Bible Chapel. During this time Pastor James first preached this series and it had a great impact on Josh’s life. Ten years later, during our time of pastoral transition, Josh pulled out old sermon notes from his time attending Harvest and is using it as the basis of re-preaching this series for the benefit of our congregation at Wawasee Bible.
Since the time this series was originally preached at Harvest, it has been published as a book by the same title, “Lord, Change My Attitude! (Before It’s Too Late!)”. We have purchased copies of this book in bulk for you to buy at the Connection Center or in the church office. Pastor Josh encourages you to read through the book with him as he preaches each week.
